• General

Do you ship to …?
We ship worldwide, so we got you covered no matter where you are! Please note that you might need to cover customs fees if you are located outside of the European Union. We offer free shipping on all orders above 200 EUR.
How much is the shipping cost?
You will see the exact shipping price during checkout once you have typed in your address. If your order exceeds 200 EUR we will cover the shipping cost!
Shipping to Norway
LAWA is registered in VOEC, which means that all the prices displayed in the webshop already include Norwegian VAT. Additionally, all orders below 3000 NOK are duty free. Read more about VOEC.

 

• Delta Clock

Is the Delta Clock silent?
Yes! Our clock movements are silent, which means there is no audible ticking sound unless you hold the clock right next to your ear.
We use only high quality quartz movements made in Germany by U.T.S - a renowned manufacturer of watch and clock parts with over 25 years of experience.
Which hand colour should I choose for my Delta Clock?
When ordering Delta Clock Oak or Delta Clock Smoked Oak, you have the option to choose between two hand colours - black or white. 
In most cases, this is a straightforward decision based on your home decor style and personal preference. But if you are not sure which colour to pick, simply drop us a line in the comment field when placing your order. We would be happy to send you a set of both hand colours free of charge! The hands are easily interchangeable on the Delta Clock!
How do I hang the Delta Clock on the wall?
There is a small hole on the back of the clock which you can use to hang the clock on a nail or a screw in your wall. If you prefer not to drill a hole in your wall, you can use our Delta Stand instead. Delta Stand is an accessory for Delta Clock which allows you to place your clock on any shelf, desk or other horizontal surface.
Can I order the Delta Clock in a bigger size?
Send us an inquiry at mail@lawadesign.dk and we will see what we can do. However, keep in mind that any custom size orders will increase the price of the product.

• Twist Shelf

Can I choose on which side the magnetic strip should be? 
Yes! Twist Shelf is designed in a way that the magnetic strip can be installed to either side - left or right. Simply rotate the shelf 180 degrees. The logo is a magnetic element which can be rotated too.

Can I hang any type of knives on the Twist Shelf?
The magnetic part of the shelf uses strong neodymium magnets and is designed to carry all sizes of typical kitchen knives. Please note that ceramic/titanium knives or the ones made of austenitic steel are not magnetic and will not stick to a magnetic strip. However, most stainless steel knives are made from martensitic steel which is magnetic.
How much load can the Twist Shelf carry?
It depends on the wall that the Twist Shelf is installed on. The included wall plugs can carry between 12 and 90 kg depending on the wall type: aerated concrete being the weakest type and concrete being the strongest. The magnetic part of the shelf uses strong neodymium magnets and is designed to carry all sizes of typical kitchen knives.
Does the Twist Shelf come in different colours?
At the moment we offer Twist Shelf in three different colours: natural oak, smoked oak and black oiled oak. See all of them here. The wood on the natural and smoked oak model is untreated which means that you can apply oil or lacquer to the surface to achieve the colour/tone that you desire.
Does the Twist Shelf come in different sizes?
At the moment Twist Shelf is only available in one size: 70 cm.

 


• Arc Pendant

Does the Arc Pendant come fully assembled?
Yes, all models of the Arc Pendant come fully assembled and ready to install. All you need to do is to attach the cord to the lamp shade and mount it to the ceiling.

Are all installation elements included?
Yes, everything is included in the package. Please see our installation guide here.
How do I clean the Arc Pendant?
The majority of dust will simply fall through the hollow spaces of the lamp shade. However, if you want to make it look sparkling new, we recommend using an air duster.
