Is there a warranty?

Your Gradient Watch is covered by a 2 year limited warranty under the terms and conditions below.

The warranty covers defects on the watch itself (movement and case) subject to normal conditions of use. It does not cover battery, glass, straps or damage (including water damage) caused by improper handling, lack of care, accidents and/or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

We ship worldwide, so we got you covered no matter where you are! Please note that you might need to cover customs fees if you are located outside of the European Union. We offer free shipping on all orders above 200 EUR.

How much is the shipping cost?

Gradient Watch is 5 ATM water resistant, features a 38mm stainless steel case, sapphire-coated glass, and a replaceable strap in genuine leather or stainless steel.

Stainless steel case

The Gradient Watch case is crafted from 316L stainless steel and is available in five colors: Matte Black, Navy Blue, Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold.

Sapphire coated glass

For added peace of mind, the watch glass is coated with sapphire, offering enhanced resistance to scratches and shattering.

Japanese movement

The watch houses a Japanese made Miyota 2025 quartz movement, known for its high quality, accuracy and durability.

Replaceable strap

Designed for versatility, the strap on the Gradient Watch is easily replaceable - whether it’s time for a new color, a different material, or simply a refresh.
